13. OpenAI advertising measurement

After you agree through “Ads privacy”, we load the OpenAI Pixel to relate visits, accepted enquiries and confirmed payments to our ads. OpenAI may receive technical information, including IP address and browser, the page origin, an ad-click reference and event information. For a payment, our code sends the amount, currency and an opaque deduplication identifier.

If the Pixel’s automatic advanced matching is enabled, contact information present on the website may be normalized and hashed in the browser before transmission. Hashing is not anonymization. Our measurement code does not add free-text messages, documents or card details to events.

This browser’s choice is stored locally for 180 days. Refusing preserves access to the site and orders. The “Ads privacy” button lets you change your choice; withdrawal blocks future measurement events. It does not retroactively delete information already transmitted.
